WHERE POSSIBLE, we try to obtain short-term courtesy "holds" for clients. However, we
cannot guarantee that this will occur nor can we guarantee prices until the vacation is actually paid for in full.
Customers often ask what our booking and payment procedures are. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you
are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what
we can to make it right.
We normally only accept valid credit cards to make deposits and final payments DIRECTLY
with the cruise lines and travel / tour operators.After such patments the client wil receive from us a confirmation number
or Notice along with an Invoice/receipt.
